March 15, 2021 1:22 PMDear Debbie and family,
Thinking of you and sending my sympathy. Your Dad hired my Mom soon after my Dad died, leaving her widowed with three young girls. Always grateful for that and I know she enjoyed working at Lillie"s grocery store and formed many friendships there. I also remember going to the Welsh Auditorium for the big Spartan Stores gathering. It was an amazing outing for us! I still have a picture of me shaking hands with a cutout of Buck Matthews. The fondest and coolest memory was Mom winning a small COLOR tv-we had arrived - so thanks to your Dad! With love and peace

March 5, 2021 6:16 PMSallie,Deb, Tim and Marree . Tom was a wonderful man and a very good friend to my dad and mom. He was very respectful and accepting of everyone. I thought he was a good friend of mine also. I remember going down to my parents condo when he was down there. he and my dad would go fishing and show off their fish and always have a story of their trip out. I also remember the fun times we had at family camp with all of you.
