Steven Kurt Boss

Steven Kurt Boss, age 53, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022. He was born in Zeeland, MI to the late Stanley and Lucille (Lotterman) Boss. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his father-in-law Terry Nash. Steve worked for Standard Lumber and Supply, served on the Chester Twp. Fire Department for 27 years, enjoyed fishing, woodworking and hunting. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 30 years Becky Boss; siblings, Dave (Diane) Boss, Mark (Jane) Boss, Kim (Scott) Zuverink, Linda (Tom) TerBeek, Lisa (Barry) Dekker; mother-in-law Mary Nash; sister-in-law, Deb (John) Fortunato; brother-in-law, Terry (Monika) Nash II and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with his wish cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 18, 2022 at the Church of the Saviour, 180 68th Ave N, Coopersville, MI 49404, with Rev. Dan VanBelzen officiating. Burial will take place in Rosedale Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday, June 17, 2022 from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St. Coopersville, MI 49404. Memorial donations may be made to Chester Twp.
