Maury John Lothschutz, age 51, of Conklin, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020. Maury was the founder and owner of Michigan Online Auction and was an active member of the Coopersville Reformed Church where he served as a Deacon and Youth Group Leader. He was very forgiving and always willing to help others. Maury enjoyed time spent with family and friends, playing euchre, bowling, working with his hands, farming and hunting. He was preceded in death by his father Albin Lothschutz in 2016 and infant brother Gary Lothschutz. Maury is survived by his son, Jordan Roberts; daughters, Miniya Lothschutz and Mekena Lothschutz; mother, Cecilia Lothschutz; brothers, Albert (Kathy) Lothschutz, Rick Lothschutz, Wayne (Angela) Lothschutz; sister, Ann (Eric) Burgtorf; friend, Joanne Maki; former wife, Martha Lothschutz; many nieces; nephews, loved ones and friends. In keeping with his wish cremation has taken place. Please follow Covid social distancing and mask use practices if attending visitation or the memorial service. Relatives and friends may meet the family 4-7 P.M. Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020 at the Coopersville Reformed Church Activity Center, 423 W. Randall St, Coopersville MI 49404. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, Oct 9, 2020 at the Coopersville Reformed Church with Rev. John Hines officiating. Interment will take place at St Joseph Cemetery in Wright next to his father and brother. Memorial donations may be made at any Choice One Bank location to the Miniya and Mekena Lothschutz benefit fund to be used for their future .
