Joseph Fisher

Joseph Burton Fisher, age 76, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021. He was born in Muskegon, MI to the late Howard and Kathryn (Burley) Fisher. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn Fisher, daughter Lisa Maxwell, son-in-law Scott Maxwell, brother Jack Fisher and stepdaughter Pam Rubel. Joe loved spending time with his family and friends, he enjoyed playing cards and gambling at the casino. He will be deeply missed by his son Lance (Priscilla) Fisher; best friend, Jennifer DeMull; Stepson, Scott (Kelly) Matuk; several loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Donnie Rubel and many nieces and nephews.   In keeping with his wish cremation has taken place with a private family service. Interment will take place in Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Spectrum Hospice, Spectrum Health Foundation 25 Michigan NE, Suite 4100, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
