Betty Anne Wiggers, aged 86, of Coopersville, passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 peacefully in her sleep and is now resting in her Lord’s arms. She was a prayer warrior for many people. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Fannie (Harjer) Handlogten, siblings, June Velthuis, Margie Taylor, Ron Handlogten, her husbands, Richard Laug and Jarvis Wiggers and step-son John Wiggers. Betty adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren remembering each of them on their birthdays and anniversaries. She was a true blessing to her family and will be missed dearly. Betty is survived by her children, Gary (Mary Cross-bunker) Laug, Patti (Doug) Dykstra, Deb (Rob) Kamp and Larry Laug; step-children, Barb Jordan, Paul (Beth) Wiggers, Celeste (James) DeWitt; daughter-in-law, Tina Wiggers; 24 grandchildren, Michelle Lintjer; Robin (Matt) Owczarzak); Rj (Kristen) Lintjer; Renee Pewitt; Gary Jr. Laug; Ben (Deb) Kamp; Nick (Maria) Kamp; Nate (Tina) Kamp; Austin (Kristin) Kamp; Caleb Kamp; Brynn (Bill) DeVries ; Rick (Nichole)Laug; Zack Rauch; Quentin (Erin) Rauch; Christopher (Jenny) Wiggers; Aubrey (Jon)VanSlyke; Aaron Wiggers; Lisa (Mike) Aguilar; Jennifer (Jose) Urivez; Alyssa Wiggers; Zachary Wiggers; Lucas Wiggers; Meagan Jordan; Kelly (Shawn) Pintoski; 31 Great Grandchildren and 1 more due this year; sister, Nancy Handlogten; sister-in-law, Julie Handlogten and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 1:30pm Monday, January 17, 2022 at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St., Coopersville with Rev. Arnold VanBeek officiating. Burial Coopersville Cemetery next to her husband Jarvis. Visitation Monday, January 17, 12-1:30pm one hour prior to services.
