Arthur Lillibridge

Arthur Eldad Lillibridge, age 87, of Coopersville was called home to his Lord and Saviour on Saturday morning July 3, 2021. He was born April 15, 1934 in Marne MI. to the late LaGrande and Pearl (Triick) Lillibridge. Art was preceded in death by his first wife of 40 yrs. Elinor (Pratt) Lillibridge, brother LaGrande Lillibridge Jr and sister Lois Niemi. He is survived by his wife of 16 yrs., Gloria (Moore) Lillibridge; daughters Louise (Marv) Boonstra, Marcia (Ken) Cain and Barbara (Phil) TerMeer; grandchildren, Mark Boonstra, Heidi Boonstra, Jenna (James) Duther, Kara Cain, Melanie (Mike) Bullers, Adam TerMeer, Nick (Kali) Cain and Michelle Cain; five great grandchildren, stepchildren, Shannon, Dale, Robert and Kelly Moore and families; special nephews and niece, Edward Niemi, Elmer Niemi and Ellen Slatten; special friend and business partner Vern Root. Art faithfully served the Lord at Berlin Baptist Church as a deacon, Sunday School Teacher and in many others ways for 71 yrs. He worked for the Ottawa County Road Commission and at various construction companies. Art also enjoyed working in his garden and in his shop. The funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 8, 2021 at the Berlin Baptist Church, 14141 State St, Marne, MI 49435 with Rev. Jeff Gunderman officiating. Burial will be in the Marne Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday at the Berlin Baptist Church from 1-3 and 4-7 P.M. and also Thursday from 10-11 A.M. prior to the service.
