Todd Alan Korzenborn

Todd Alan Korzenborn, age 70, of Coopersville, Michigan, passed away Monday, April 27, 2026 at his home with his wife and daughter at his side. He was born on April 8, 1956, in Detroit, Michigan.

Todd is survived by his wife of 36 years, Tracey (Bunker) Korzenborn; his daughter, Jessica (Jon) Schleinz; grandsons, Mason, Joshua, and Maximus; siblings, Amelia “Willy” (Tom) Grogan, Mike (Gerry) Korzenborn, Bobby (Julie) Korzenborn, Charlie (Deb) Korzenborn, and Samantha Davis; in-laws Gail Korzenborn, Sarge Konarski, Alice (Mark) Seyfried, Jim (Virginia) Bunker, and Tom (Sheri) Bunker; many nieces and nephews. Todd was preceded in death by his parents, John and Frances Korzenborn, and siblings Mary Lou, Eddie, Jonny, Jerry, Rick, and Karen.

Todd worked as an equipment operator for Midwest Asphalt Co. in Rockford and later for Superior Asphalt Co. in Grand Rapids until health issues made him take early retirement.

Those who knew Todd best will remember him as a loving, kind, and friendly man. He enjoyed spending time in nature and found peace in the simple beauty of the outdoors. Fishing was one of his favorite pastimes, and he also enjoyed watching the deer. Some of his happiest moments were spent at his daughter’s home, surrounded by family and friends, sharing time together and making memories that will be cherished for years to come.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by his presence.

In keeping with Todd’s wish cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Gathering for family and friends to meet and share stories will take place Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 1 to 4 P.M. at the Coopersville VFW Post 5598, 511 68th Ave N, Coopersville, MI 49404
