The Rev. Marie Annette Burger

The Rev. Marie Annette Burger, age 71, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2023 at her home. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Kenneth and Vera (Philp) Burger. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Patricia Anne Burger. Marie retired from New Jersey conference of United Methodist Church. She is survived by her sister Elizabeth Dales; nephew Rick (RaeAnn) Burger; great nephews, Cody, Logan and Connor. In keeping with her wish cremation has taken place. A Memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, September 18, 2023 at the Coopersville United Methodist Church, 105 68th Ave N, Coopersville, MI 49404, with Rev. Cori Conran officiating. Burial will take place in Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Coopersville United Methodist Church, 105 68th Ave N, Coopersville, MI 49404.
