Stephen Fritz

Stephen James Fritz, age 75, of Marne, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 unexpectedly at his home. He was born in Grand Rapids, MI. to the late Earl é�a�A"Chucké�a�� and Noreen (Stephens) Fritz. Steve graduated from Berlin High School and was retired from Leigh Products. He loved to spend time with his daughters, grandchildren, family and friends sharing in fellowship and a good meal with them. He love to be outdoors spending time in nature, traveling with family, his grand dogs, listening to music and was a history buff. Stephen is survived by his daughters, Sheila (Ken) Johnson and Carla (Eric) Messing; 4 grandchildren, Noah Johnson, Ainslie Johnson, Luke Johnson and CeCe Johnson; sister Marla (David) Platt; 1 nephew, 4 nieces, many cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be held 4:00 pm Friday at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville with burial in St Maryé�a�a��s Cemetery at Marne. Relatives and friends may meet the family Friday from 2 to 4 at the funeral home in Coopersville. Memorial donations may be made to Carmelite Monastery, 4300 Mt. Carmel Dr NE Ada, MI. 49301.
