Sheila Bonge

Sheila Kay-Luke Bonge, age 59, of Coopersville, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017. Sheila was a graduate of Coopersville High School and worked several years at Fountain View Estates as a Certified Nurses Aid. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Lellevene “Lila” (Horton) Luke and several other family members. She was a devoted mother and was adored by her grandchildren. Sheila is survived by her Fiance, Wayne Homan; children, Jane Luke and Tony Music, Sandra Bonge and Joshua Ezinga, Charles and Lindsey Bonge; 6 grandchildren, Sierra Luke and Manny Casares, Carlos Martinez Jr, Jorge Martinez, Isiah Gonzalez-Luke, Alina Music and Blair Bonge; great grandchild, Aricela Casares; siblings, Dennis and Pat, Terry, Bob and Merri Joy, John and Jenny, Pam and Mark, Al, Val and Doug, Jeff and Norma, Chuck, Tim and Tracy, Phillip, Steve and Kim and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wish cremation has taken place. A Life Celebration Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, 11 AM at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville with Rev. Tommy Boutell officiating.  Relatives and friends may meet the family Monday 6 to 8 pm at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville and Tuesday 10 to 11 am prior to the service.  An online guestbook may be signed at www.throopfh.com
