Ruth Brifling

Ruth Brifling, age 108, of Coopersville, was called home to heaven Sunday, May 26, 2019. She was born in Coopersville, MI. to the late John and Ethel (Mars) Hintz on Dec. 12, 1910. Ruth loved her Lord, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and was a founding member of the Coopersville Bible Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Nick Brifling, 7 sisters and 2 brothers. Ruth is survived by her daughters, Sharon (Brian) Herron and Darlene (Joseph) Bond; grandchildren, Timothy (Don) Bond-Flowers and Carrie (Lewis) Farraher; great grandchildren, Jonathon Farraher and Heather (Nick) Snay; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Friday at the Coopersville Bible Church, 35 Hillcrest St, Coopersville with Rev Tim MacGarvey and Rev Don Chrysler officiating. Burial will be in Ottawa Center Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 6-8 pm at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville. Memorial donations may be made to Coopersville Bible Church Bldg. Fund.
