Rose Marie (Dygert) Maleport

Rose Marie (Dygert) Maleport, age 94, passed away Monday, October 28, 2024. She was born in Angola, IN to the late Dean and Genevieve (Neutz) Dygert. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, John Dunsmore; second husband, Robert Maleport; brother, Don Dygert; sisters, Beverly Currott and JoAnne Dygert. Rose was a faithful Christian, and enjoyed many years of Adventist church camp with Robert. She was an excellent musician, started her own German Band with John and also played in many other bands. She will be deeply missed by her children, Teresa Beagle, Jon Dunsmore, Elizabeth (Jeff) Tinsler, Kreenah Dunsmore; stepchildren, Sheri Childs and Rico Dunsmore; as well as 20 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephew. In keeping with her wish cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 1, 2024 at the Wright Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 16429 40th Ave, Coopersville, MI 49404, with Pastor Ted Toms officiating. Relatives and friends may join with the family following the service for a continued time of fellowship and a luncheon.
