Robert Byrd Jr

Robert E. Byrd Jr., age 62, of Coopersville, passed away Saturday Jan 11, 2014. Robert was born July 27, 1951 in Martins Ferry OH. to Robert Sr. and Almeda Rose (Thomas) Byrd who preceded him in death. He worked as a Hospital Administrator and also worked at the Turning Point Program of the Salvation Army. He was also preceded in death by his wife Terry A. Byrd in 2004 and sister Margaret Louise Byrd. Robert will be deeply missed by his sons, Jason (Jessica) Byrd, Chad (Melissa) Byrd, Allen Byrd and Fiancé�© Erica Krampe; daughter, Deanna Byrd; grandchildren, Madison, Hadleigh, Cade and Brynleigh; sister, Delilah (Martin) Palian; mother-in-law, Eva May Dean; sister-in-law, Brenda (David) Barbour; brother-in-law, Jerry (Cheri) Dean and many nieces and nephews. A service celebrating Robertsé�a�a��s life will be held Saturday 11:00 AM at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville with Rev. Marty DeBow officiating. Interment will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Lamont. Relatives and friends may meet the family from 9:30 to 11:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home in Coopersville.
