Richard Mayse

Richard Mayse, age 79 of Coopersville, passed away September 26, 2016. Richard was born in Pontiac MI,. to the late Roy and Alma (Flory) Mayse. Richard spent most of his life in Vincennes IN, he enlisted with the Air Force in 1954 and retired in 1976 as a Master Sargent. Richard moved to Coopersville in 1976 and worked for Rapistan as a project manager, retiring in the late 1990s. He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and tending to his garden. Richard is survived by his wife, Jean Mayse (Gulbransen); 4 children, Rich (Debbie) Mayse, Tracy (Allen ) Jacobson, and Robert (Melanie) Mayse; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Frank (Diane) Mayse; sister, Patricia (Gerald) Briggs and many nieces and nephews.
