Patricia Hoolsema

Patricia Eugenia Hoolsema (Posthuma), age 92, of Coopersville, was called home to her Lord and Saviour on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at her home. Pat was preceded in death by her parents Dick and Johanna (Breen) Posthuma, husband Roger J. Hoolsema, 3 grandchildren, her twin sister, Jean and two additional sisters. She worked at Christian Rest Home as a nursing assistant for over 25 years. Pat is survived by her 13 children, Carol Metzger, Joanne (Ivan) Elzinga, Richard (Coni) Hoolsema, Gary (Linda) Hoolsema, Sandra (Bryan) Laug, Mary (Bob) Stevens, Sally (Chip) VanderArk, Darrel Hoolsema, Kevin Hoolsema, Patricia Hoolsema, Randy (Jennifer) Hoolsema, Jaci (Ken) Towne and Roger “Kyle” Hoolsema; 27 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren; sister, Betty Sneden; brother, Don Posthuma and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 pm Thursday November 29, 2018 at the Coopersville Bible Church, 35 Hillcrest St, Coopersville, with Rev Tim McGarvey officiant. Burial will be in the Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family 6-8 pm Wednesday at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville or Thursday 11 am-12 pm  at the Coopersville Bible Church.
