Nancy Dodge

Nancy L. Dodge, age 59, of Coopersville, passed away Friday December 29, 2017. Nancy is survived by her husband Donald Dodge; daughter, Belinda (Stuart) Drake; parents, Frederick and Betty Bouwman; brothers, David (Sheila) Bouwman, Bruce (Shari) Bouwman and Eddie Bouwman; father and mother-in-law, Richard and Carol Dodge; sister-in-law, Cindy Avink; nieces, Melissa (Otis) Beck and Brooke Bouwman; nephews, Christopher Bouwman, Nic Avink and Ben Avink; grand nieces, Natalee, Lainey and Arianna. Nancy was preceded in death by her sister-in-law Tani Bouwman (Slager) and brother-in-law David Avink.  In keeping with her wishes, a private burial will take place at Coopersville Cemetery.  Nancy enjoyed traveling and spending time at the Lake with her family and their small dog Sparky.  Nancy had a fulfilling career as the Director of Early Childhood Development at Coopersville Public Schools. She spent more than 30 years assisting many families and generations of children as they began their educational journey.
