Michael W. Petznik, age 52, of Muskegon formerly of Coopersville, passed away August 10, 2015 very unexpectedly. Michael was born in Grand Rapids, MI. to Leonard D. and Violet (Kitchen) Petznik. He served in the US Army was an avid motorcyclist, had a deep faith in God and had very strong political beliefs. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Mike was a member of The American Legion Riders, Grand Rapids Harley Owners and rode with the Redemption Riders Motorcycle Ministryé�a�a��s group. He was preceded in death by his father Leonard D. Petznik and brother Donald Petznik. Mike is survived by his daughters, Taylor Petznik-Miller and Kelly and Kevin Lawrence; grandchildren, Lenora, Danielle and Zachary; mother, Violet Petznik; siblings, Larry and Rose Petznik, Dan and Lois Petznik, Leonard A. and Elaine Petznik and Lauri and Tony Clay along with many nieces and nephews. A life celebration service will be held Sunday, 2:30 P.M. at the Wright 7th Day Adventist Church, 16429 40th Ave, Coopersville, MI 49404. Relatives will greet family and friends one hour prior to the service at church. In keeping with his wish cremation has taken place with interment at Maplewood Cemetery in Lamont, MI.
