Lorraine Kluting

Mrs Lorraine Kluting, age 98, of Coopersville, was reunited with her husband, family and friends in heaven on Sunday, December 13, 2015. She was born in Conklin, MI. to the late August and Mary (Finkler) Schmuker. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband Leo Kluting on Dec. 30, 1992 and 4 brothers and 2 sisters. She was a women of deep faith, loved to spend time with her family and friends and was a self-taught musician who played a variety of instruments. She was the oldest member of St Josephé�a�a��s Catholic Church in Wright and a member of St Anné�a�a��s Guild. Lorraine is survived by her children, Edward Kluting, Erwin (Joanne) Kluting and Eugene (Lee Anne) Kluting; grandchildren, Mike (Theresa) Kluting, Lori (Dave) Hastings, Jeff Kluting, Mark (Reneeé�a�a��) Kluting and Evan (Kerri) Kluting; 17 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren with 2 on the way; sister Marie Cribley and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St Josephé�a�a��s Catholic Church in Wright with burial in St Josephé�a�a��s Cemetery. She will repose at the church one hour prior to the service on Thursday morning. Relatives and friends may greet the family Wednesday 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. with a Rosary to begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville.
