Lois Mae (Heyboer) Walcott

Lois Mae Walcott (Heyboer), age 82, of Allendale was called home to her Saviour Thursday, June 29, 2023. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI., to the late George and Grace (Bystra) Heyboer. Lois enjoyed spending time with family and friends and knitting afghans and blankets. She is survived, by her husband Lee Walcott; son Scott (Becky) Walcott; grandsons, Ryan Walcott (Julia), and Andrew Walcott (Heather); sisters Geraldine Taylor and Barb (Ken) Bosch; sister-in-law Donnalee Walcott; brother-in-law Glenn Walcott; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents Lois was also preceded in death by her brother-in-laws, Don Taylor, Fred VanMeter, Marvin Walcott and Ray Walcott. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 8, 2023, 11:00 A.M., at Lighthouse Community Church, 7624 Lake Michigan Dr, Allendale, MI 49401 with Pastor Steve Demers officiating. Burial will be in Allendale Twp. Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, July 7th, 4-7 P.M. at Lighthouse Community Church and Saturday, July 8th, 10-11 A.M. one hour prior to the service at Church.
