Lavene Stroven

Lavene é�a�A"Leeé�a�� Stroven, age 87, of Grand Rapids, passed into the arms of Jesus from the effects of her Parkinson disease on Monday, November 7, 2016. She joins in Glory with her husband James, her parents James and Martha Konyndyk, brothers, Bud, Warren and Clarence and sisters Doris and Lucy. She leaves to celebrate her life her brothers, Joe and Harold; sisters, Betty and Angie; son, Ken (Sandy) Stroven; daughter, Pat (Kerry) Rhoderick; son Jack (Trina) Stroven; 8 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Thursday at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville, MI 49404. Burial will take place after a luncheon at Maplewood Cemetery in Lamont. Visitation will be Wednesday 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home in Coopersville and Thursday one hour prior to the service. The family would like to thank the hospice staff at Spectrum Hospice for the care and support given to their mother and them during this time.
