Kenneth M. Willard, age 100, of Hudsonville formerly of Coopersville, passed away Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017 at his home. He was born in Grand Rapids, to the late Luther and Clara (Hankinson) Willard. Ken was an agent with Farm Bureau Insurance Agency in Allendale. He enjoyed spending time with his family, farming, hunting, fishing and 4-wheeling. Ken is survived by his wife, Joan; children, Richard (Laura) Willard, Robert (Sandy) Willard, Ruth Swanson, Jeff (Beth) Geurink, Jackie (Mark) Boersema, Jason (Tracy) Geurink and Jodi (Raymond) Ortega; 22 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sisters, Doris Lambert and Donna VanZytveld; many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 11:00 AM at Trinity Congregational Church 2725 4 Mile Rd NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49544 with Rev Izzy Young officiating, burial in Brooklawn Cemetery. Visitation Monday 2-4 and 6-8 at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville and Tuesday one hour prior to the service at Church.
