Judith Ann (Vermeer) Seth

Judith Ann Seth, known lovingly as Judy, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on Saturday, July 18, 2026, in Coopersville, Michigan, at the age of 85.

Judy was born on February 24, 1941, and lived a life marked by love, kindness, and thoughtfulness. She carried herself with a gentle spirit and a warm heart, and those who knew her will remember the way she made others feel welcome and cared for. Her presence brought comfort and joy to family and friends alike, and she leaves behind a legacy of devotion that will be cherished for years to come.

Judy especially loved spending time with her family and friends, and she found great happiness in hosting gatherings where laughter, conversation, and good food were always shared. She enjoyed baking and was well known for her wonderful pistachio bread, which became a favorite among those fortunate enough to enjoy it. She also loved going to the beach or spending time at the pool, where she could relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. And, like many who knew her best, she had a special love for chocolate.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Dan Vermeer. Judy will be deeply missed by her husband, Roger Seth; her sons, Scott (Diane) Seth, and Steve (Sara) Seth; and her grandchildren, Tara Seth, Derek Seth, Trevor Seth, Camden Seth, and Parker Seth. She is also survived by her brother, Robert (Nelba) Vermeer; her sisters, Sandra Ricucci and Carol Matzke; her brother-in-law, Ron Seth; her sisters-in-law, Patricia (Lee) Ingersoll, and Linda Peters; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Judy’s life was a beautiful reflection of the values she held dear. She was loving in all she did, kind in her words and actions, and thoughtful in the way she cared for others. Her family and friends will remember her for her gracious nature, her generous spirit, and the many meaningful moments shared with her over the years. Though her absence leaves a deep void, the memories she created and the love she gave will remain a lasting source of comfort.

A life so well lived is never truly lost, and Judy’s memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
