Joyce Bowers

Joyce Elaine (Boss) Bowers, age 80, of Allendale, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Joyce was born in Grand Rapids to the late Jay and Marion (Simpson) Boss and was a graduate of Union High School. She was employed as a hostess at the Peppermill Grill in Standale where she had many friends. Joyce is survived by her sons, David Lambregtse and Jon Lambregtse (Colette Perreault); brother, Jay (Jan) Boss; sisters Maryann (Ken) Reyers and Shirley (Gary) Voogt; many nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wish cremation has taken place. The family will greet relatives and friends Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville.
