Mrs Jean Norma Lothschultz (Nordstrom), age 88, of Conklin, passed away Sunday March 23, 2014. Jean was born in Wright Twp. MI to Carl and Erma (Lillibridge) Nordstrom who preceded her in death. Jean was also preceded in death by her husband Edward and daughter-in-law Chris. Jean was a gentle sweet lady who enjoyed her children, grandchildren and especially her great grandchildren. She enjoyed family gatherings, flowers and gardening. She is survived by her children, Dale Lothschultz, Ron Lothschultz, Elaine (Tom) Stewart, Carol (Bill) Cherry and Patty (Ken) Alt; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brother, Raymond (Dolores) Nordstrom; sister, June Nadwodnik; sisters-in-law, Margaret Lothschultz and Berta Taggert; several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday 10:30 am at St Joseph Catholic Church, 18876 8th Ave, Conklin, MI 49403, Fr Fred Brucker celebrant. Interment will be in St Joseph Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 at the Throop Funeral Home in Coopersville with a scripture service Wednesday evening at 7 pm and Thursday one hour prior to the Mass at Church. The family wishes to extend a thank you to the staff at Grand Rapids Home for Veterans and 3 Blue for the care they gave Jean and the support shown to the family.
