George Spencer

George H Spencer, age 83, of Coopersville, passed away Sunday September 29, 2013. George was born in Muskegon MI to Warren and Elsie (Jenkins) Spencer. He married Lois Cheyne of Coopersville lived in the Coopersville area most of his adult life and was a member of the Coopersville Bible Church. George is survived by his wife Lois Spencer; six children, Dennis (Libby) Spencer, David (Cheryl) Spencer, Gene (Sandra) Spencer, Tonya Vagenas, Jeff Spencer, George é�a�A"Skipé�a�� (Marie) Spencer; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother-in-law Floyd (Pam) Cheyne; sister-in-law Lorraine Ryder and several nieces and nephews. In keeping with his wish cremation has taken place. A life celebration service will be held 11 am Thursday at the Coopersville Bible Church, 35 Hillcrest St, Coopersville. Rev Tim McGarvey officiating. Interment will be in the Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm at church and also Thursday one hour prior to the funeral at church.
