Dean Storey

Dean K. Storey, age 72, of Grand Rapids, passed away Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018, following a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Martha (Laughlin) Storey and his brother David. Dean retired from Rapistan-Dematic. He enjoyed his motorcycle rides, go-carting, but his true joy in life was his family, daughter Brenda, son-in-law David and his pride and joy, grandson Travis. Dean is survived by his wife and best friend, Linda (White) Storey; daughter, Brenda (David) Taylor; grandson, Travis; brother, Daniel (Gail) Storey; sister, Donna Storey; brother-in-law, Robert White and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Open House for family and friends to gather and celebrate Dean’s life will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 3 to 5 pm at Faith United Methodist Church, 2600 7th St. NW, Grand Rapids MI. 49504. The Storey family wants to thank the caregivers at Faith Hospice for their care and support. Memorial Contributions may be made to Faith United Methodist Church.
