David Reames

David Raymond Reames, age 64, of Marne, passed away at his home Sunday, April 28, 2019. Dave was a graduate of Coopersville High School. He was a life member of St Michael’s Catholic Church where he was very active and was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 9909 as well as a former Grand Knight. Dave is survived by his wife of 20 years, Julie (Host) Reames; son Will Reames; brother, Michael (Deanna) Reames; brothers-in-law, Jim (Joanie) Host, Jeff (Nancy) Host and Kevin Host; sisters-in-law, Kelly (Dan) Bolthouse and Paula (Mike) Sund; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his infant son, Joshua Reames, parents, Raymond and Kathryn (Yost) Reames and sister, Diane Reames. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 2, 2019 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 17150 88th Ave, Coopersville, with Fr. Ayub Nasar celebrant. Interment will be in St Michael’s Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville.  Memorial donations may be made to Will Reames Education Fund C/O Julie Reames.
