Darryl Reed

Darryl L. Reed, age 67, of Coopersville, passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 9, 2018. Darryl was retired from Leigh Products; He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, camping, hunting, fishing and his annual fishing trip every June to Rice Lake in Canada that he enjoyed for 25 plus years. He was preceded in death by his wife Marcia Reed on May 24, 1998. Darryl is survived by his children, Chad Reed and Jessica Marsman, Jeffery Reed and Nicole Reed, Stephanie Reed and Jack Hefferan; 12 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; fiancé, Ursula Huesing and her children, Ted (Jean) Huesing, Tod Huesing and Annette, Tammy (Chris) Wolgamott and Tara (Jim) Wambaugh; many nieces and nephews and special friend Dave Simons. In keeping with his wish cremation has taken place. A Life Celebration Memorial Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday Feb 18th at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville with Visitation Sunday one hour prior to the service.  Interment will take place at Marne Cemetery.
