Beverly Ann (Umlor) Maycroft

Beverly Ann (Umlor) Maycroft, age 85, of Coopersville, passed away Friday, September 5, 2025. She was born in Conklin, MI, to the late Lloyd and Thelma (Isenhart) Umlor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold “Dean” Maycroft.

Above all, Beverly cherished visits, family “parties,” making comfort food and game nights. She found joy in spending time on the family farm—gardening, tending to the yard, and watching the playful antics of the barn cats. She also loved chatting with loved ones on the phone and enjoying peaceful hours of fishing whenever she had the chance.

She will be deeply missed by her children, Laura (Craig) Weis, Lisa (Dave) Snyder, and Terry (Lisa) Maycroft; grandchildren, Stephanie (Tim) Brown, Kristen Spoelman (and fiancé Chris Frye), Matt (Katie) Weis, Nicole (Peter) Thorwall, Chelsea (Aaron) Ponstein, Bradley Maycroft and Brooke Maycroft; great-grandchildren, Brett and Reese Spoelman, Alayna Weis, Hudson, Adaline and Naomi Thorwall; sister, Donna Miller; and many nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Interment will take place in Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to CSNIP or Heaven Can Wait Muskegon.
