Bartlett Szejn

Bartlett Albine Szejn, age 76, of Ravenna passed away Friday, February 12, 2016, with family at his side. He was born in Muskegon, MI., to the late Albine and Dorothy (Miller) Szejn. Bartlett loved a good joke and was a great practical joker; he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, being outdoors, hunting, and farming. He was preceded in death by his son Harvey Tyler Jr and grandson Harvey Tyler III. Bartlett will be deeply missed by his wife, Rosemary; children, Sheila (Casey) Haarsma, Jason (Sarah) Tyler, Bridget Chastain and Brenda (Will) Hobby; 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; siblings, Bernice (Gary) Shannon, Beverly (Paul) Wicklander, Bonnie (Bill) Budenbender, Bradly (Sharon) Szejn, Brain (Rhonda) Szejn and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb 16, 2016 at Central Family Worship Center, 247 Church St, Coopersville, MI., 49404 with Rev Wes Devries officiating. Interment will be at Pine Hill Cemetery in Fruitport Twp. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday at Church one hour prior to the funeral service.
