Andre L. Carr, age 75, passed away Friday March 9, 2018 with family at his side. Andre was born in Polkton Twp. MI to the late LeRoy and Helen (Kotial) Carr. He was employed at Casmiers grocery store in Coopersville and Forest Hills Foods in Grand Rapids. Andre was a loving, caring man who enjoyed making others smile. He will be deeply missed by his cousin Joan Artist; 2nd cousin, Lisa (Merle) Hensley and family Zach, Gabrielle and Hazen; cousins, Mary, George, Helen Kay, Rusty, David and Robin; 2nd cousins, Ricardo (Diane), Julia (John), Gino, Monica, Michelle (William), Chris (Lafe), Jim (Jen), Wendy (Michael), Joe and Joanie (Houston) and  many 3rd cousins. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Throop Funeral Home, 214 Church St, Coopersville, MI with burial next to his parents in the Coopersville-Polkton Twp. Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday one hour prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to Faith Hospice, 2100 Raybrook SE Suite 300
